Requesting a Union Representative
or Professional Standards Representative

Step 1

Log in to the TWU Website at twu577.org by using your login information. Your username is your Employee ID.

If you are unable to log in, please click the “Lost Your Password” link for instructions

Step 2

Click Reports/Requests at the top menu bar

Step 3

Click URep & PSR Request

Step 4

Select Union Rep Request or Professional Standards Request

URep Request

If requesting a URep, please complete the form in its entirety. You must attach your meeting notice to complete and submit the form. Submit the form after completing it by clicking “Submit Request Now”. Please provide your personal (non-Allegiant) email. If your submission is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation email in your inbox.

Once you have received your confirmation email, you will know we have received your request. A URep will contact you to discuss your case once they are assigned. Please know this process is not automated. It is important you request your URep immediately after receiving your meeting notice to allow enough time for assignment.

If you are not contacted prior to the evening before your meeting, please contact our URep administrator at urep@twu577.org.

PSR Request

If requesting a Professional Standards Representative, fill out the PSR Request form with only your phone number and your current base location. A Professional Standards Representative will contact you once they are assigned. Please be aware this process is not automated.
