The 577 Response Team (577 RT) is a group of flight attendants with the goal of representing and getting factual information to and from fellow flight attendants system wide, and building unity in our TWU Local 577.

577 RT members supply a contact phone number and email address and are available to receive advanced copies of newsletters, updates and news from your 577 Negotiating Team. Then take it out to the line. That's it!

As mass email, newsletters, texts, and the like, sometimes get missed, a 577 Info Rep is a valuable asset and solution. 577 RT Members are up to date, have direct contact with the 577 NT and are able to inform and/or direct Members where to go to find answers to issues.

During special campaigns or information drives, 577 RT Members are given and asked to wear a yellow 577 RT disc behind union pins to help identify them as some who knows. 
577 RT Members are also encouraged to get other Members involved in the 577 RT program.
