Raffle Prize: One (1) iTouch
Winners: Two (2) drawn to win one (1) iPod Touch each.
Raffle Rules and Eligibility Requirements to Enter:
Member* will receive One (1) Raffle Entry by supplying Members own first & last name, and valid & verifiable Member Contact Information** including both active Private Cell Phone Number and Private Email Address (Allegiant Air or other company email address or phone numbers are NOT valid and will be disqualified).
Member to receive One (1) additional entry for a total of Two (2) Raffle Entries by including Members own physical mailing address in addition to the above defined email and phone numbers.

Entries must be received by, 11:59 pm PST on Friday, September 23 2011.***

Winner(s) Member Contact Information will be verified via phone and email communications by Raffle Officials.
Winner(s) must be an Active/Employed TWU Local 577 Member & provide the above Member Contact Information. Negotiating Team (N.T.) Members (active & inactive) are ineligible.
Previously submitted Member Contact Information is eligible.
Winner(s) are required to sign quote/image/video release form to be announced and used in TWU & TWU 577 communications and publications, including but not limited to; www.twu577.org, text & email blasts, newsletters & Facebook.
Raffle & Official Raffle Prize Drawing will be conducted, managed and overseen by Raffle Officials and are as noted: Debra Petersen (577 N.T. Member LAS), Michael Bayless (577 N.T. Member UTA) & TWU Rep., Kevin Barber.
Official Raffle Prize Drawing will be available to be witnessed and attended by any active TWU Local 577 Member and other Negotiating Team Members including TWU Reps and Legal Team.
Official Raffle Prize Drawing will take place at a date, time and place that will be announced no later than 11:59 pm PST on Friday, September 16, 2011.
Should an ineligible name be drawn, drawing will continue until eligible winner(s) are verified. Should a winner(s) information prove to no longer be valid, a new winner(s) will be drawn and verified by a Raffle Official at a later time and place.
*Member is defined as an active/employed TWU Local 577 Allegiant Air Flight Attendant member.
**Member Contact Information is defined as a Member supplying the above stated email, cell phone and mailing address.
*** All reasonable efforts will be made to add entries received after 11:59 pm PST on Friday, September 23 2011 to Official Raffle Prize Drawing.

Member Contact Information that is collected and maintained for the purposes of this contest will be managed and maintained by elected 577 Negotiating Team (N.T.), officials and TWU International Representatives as listed above. All Member Contact Information is kept confidential and maintained by the elected and active Local 577 Negotiating Team, future elected Executive Board including President, Vice President, and future defined officials, and its TWU International legal trusties. Member Contact Information may be used to distribute TWU & TWU Local 577 business and communications via email, phone text, and USPS only. Member Contact Information will NOT be sold, shared, or distributed to any person, persons, agencies, groups or companies, including but not limited to, Allegiant Air.
