Professional Standards is for providing assistance in resolving duty related conflict between Flight Attendant and Flight Attendants as well as Flight Attendants and Pilots.  Its intention and goal is to work in partnership with the company to resolve these issues without discipline.  Professional Standards does not provide assistance with personal issues.

The goal of Professional Standards is for greater crew cohesion, and compliance to all FARs, Safety and Allegiant Air company policy, and is a confidential service to handle non-emergency related conflicts. For emergencies you should contact 911.

Safety Committee:

Until a Contract is in place the primary function of the Safety Committee is to assist and support the needs of TWU 577 Crew Members in the event of a workplace emergency, issue or event.
