Professional Standards


Launch Date June 1 2012.


Professional Standards is for providing assistance in resolving duty related conflict between Flight Attendant and Flight Attendants as well as Flight Attendants and Pilots.  Our intention and goal is to work in partnership with the company to resolve these issues without discipline.  Professional Standards does not provide assistance with personal issues.

The goal of Professional Standards is for greater crew cohesion, and compliance to all FARs, Safety and Allegiant Air company policy, and is a confidential service to handle non-emergency related conflicts. For emergencies you should contact 911.

Michael Bayless, Committee Chair
Elected as your Negotiating Team Member from UTA, Michael lives in FLL, earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, and is a former school principal who has conducted and mediated many disciplinary sessions.
 
Deb Cole
IWA based and with the Company for over 4 years, Deb has managerial experience and was responsible for conflict resolution, employee reviews and more.
 
She states she's, "…committed to creating the 'utopia' of work environments and to help resolve issues that arise on the road to my goal."
 
Carol Majors
A four year flight attendant based in LAS, Carol has a background in human relations. She has a degree in the field along with twenty years of experience in conflict management, strategic communications, internal investigations, employee relations and liaison.
 
John Taylor

John is a LAS flight attendant who serves our customers, our committee and our nation in the Army Reserve. As a Reserve one of his many duties include working with Soldiers to resolve issues with their immediate supervisors through written and verbal counseling throughout the year in a non-biased, professional manner.
